Blended Learning Approach

With MOMENTUM, we pursue an integrative learning approach, combining various formats. This approach offers numerous advantages: the interplay of individual factors enhances learning performance and motivation, reduces learning time, and improves group collaboration.

Participants can learn online at their own pace while benefiting from the social and interactive aspects of group learning. Our approach provides a flexible, sustainable, and interactive learning experience that effectively promotes mindfulness practice and a seamless integration into the participants’ daily lives.

Small Groups

The size of groups allow enough space for individual questions and concerns while at the same time promoting a productive exchange of experiences and perspectives.

Buddy Program

Each course includes a buddy program where pairs of participants are encouraged to exchange ideas, support and motivate each other to integrate the learnings and exercises into their daily lives.

Every Friday from 12:30 to 12:45 PM, we host an open live online meditation on Zoom, available to both interested individuals and participants of the MOMENTUM courses.

The core of the program consists of seven sessions, each focused on a different key topic, delivered by our trainers. We follow a highly interactive approach, combining input sessions, reflection and meditation exercises, as well as discussions in small groups and the larger plenary.

MOMENTUM App

The MOMENTUM App is an integral part of the MOMENTUM program.

  • It provides the platform for daily self-guided exercises aligned with the key topics of the online live sessions.

  • The app's design is clear and minimalist, ensuring high acceptance in a business context.

  • All content is available in both German and English.

  • The app is GDPR-compliant, we do not process any personal data and therefore enable our users to remain anonymous both to us and to their organization.

  • Tastes are different. Whether a person can fully engage with a guided meditation also depends on the speaker. We therefore guarantee a high degree of variance in the meditations offered.

  • During the course, you can save your favorite chapters and exercises in a favorites list so that you can access them quickly and easily.

  • In addition to the content from the MOMENTUM program (7 modules with 7 meditations each), the app consists of 13 modules of additional material with a total of 74 further meditations.

  • Silent meditation (duration and gong are customizable) and guided exercises to develop an individual mindfulness routine independent of the course.

  • Visually supported exercise to balance the breathing rhythm and feel more relaxed and calm when tense in just a few minutes.

  • The so-called “emergency exits” are exercises and meditations that offer quick help in particularly challenging (work) situations.

  • We are happy to adapt our app to the corporate design or provide user evaluations.

Formats

All MOMENTUM courses include the key topics mentioned above, course materials, a buddy program, and one-year access to the MOMENTUM app. The courses are conducted by senior trainers in group sizes according to your needs.

Inhouse Online

Our classic, fully digital format consists of seven live online sessions, each lasting two hours, conducted via Zoom or Teams. We recommend keeping the group size small in this format: up to 12 participants progress through the program together.

Who is this format best suited for?

This format is particularly well-suited for teams that are decentralized or work remotely. The small group size ensures a highly effective and sustainable MOMENTUM experience.

Inhouse
On-Site

Alternatively, we offer the course in a hybrid format with 1.5 days on-site and 6 online live training sessions of 45 minutes each to keep the content top of mind. 
The duration can be adjusted according to specific needs and preferences

This format is particularly well-suited for teams aiming for rapid organizational adoption, working with a limited per-capita budget, or those who generally prefer in-person events over online sessions.

Open Courses

The open courses are not limited to one company and are open to everyone. The different perspectives enable an enriching exchange.

The open courses are the perfect format for people whose companies do not yet offer an in-house course.
Our Young Professionals format is structured just like our classic in-house online format, consisting of seven live online sessions, each lasting two hours, conducted via Zoom or Teams.
