2nd Session (30 min)

MOMENTUM Light is our new, compact introductory format designed to foster mental clarity and emotional strength in everyday professional life – free of charge and with no obligations. It is aimed at individuals as well as small teams (4–6 people) who are curious about how mindfulness and mental training can lead to greater focus, inner calm, and stronger team dynamics.

Over the course of two weeks, participants receive valuable inspiration, exercises, and scientifically grounded methods to navigate the increasing demands of work life with more ease and awareness. The format is practical, engaging, and experience-based – an ideal first step toward improved mental health and self-leadership.

MOMENTUM App

The MOMENTUM App is an integral part of the MOMENTUM program.

  • It provides the platform for daily self-guided exercises aligned with the key topics of the online live sessions.

  • The app's design is clear and minimalist, ensuring high acceptance in a business context.

  • All content is available in both German and English.

  • MOMENTUM Light is our free entry-level format to explore the MOMENTUM program.

    MOMENTUM, on the other hand, is the complete program. Over the course of six weeks, it offers practical exercises, effective transfer into daily routines, and in-depth insights into mindfulness, resilience, and emotional intelligence – for both professional and personal life.
