What is MOMENTUM?
MOMENTUM is a mindfulness-based program designed to enhance emotional intelligence and resilience in everyday professional life.
Blended-Learning-Approach:
With MOMENTUM, we pursue an integrative learning approach, i.e. we combine different learning formats. This approach is characterized by numerous advantages. The interaction of the individual factors increases learning performance and motivation, reduces learning time and improves cooperation within the group.
Inhouse Online
Our classic, digital format contains 7 two-hour online live sessions via Zoom or Teams.
Inhouse Attendance
Alternatively, we offer the course as a face-to-face version with 1.5 days on site and 6 live online training sessions of 45 minutes each.
Open Courses
The open courses are open to everyone and offer an enriching exchange through diverse perspectives.
Free Mediation
Every Friday from 12.30-12.45 p.m. we offer an open online meditation via Zoom for interested parties and participants.

MOMENTUM Study
Since 2019, we have been continuously evaluating the effects of MOMENTUM and have shown significant positive effects on job-related skills in leadership and health management in an intervention study.
The intervention study demonstrates that MOMENTUM has significantly positive effects on job-related skills, both in leadership and health management. Furthermore, it was shown that a training program combined with our app leads to sustainable behavioral change.
